R&D capabilities

The company currently has a group of R&D personnel with over 20 years of experience in the winding machine industry, and has hired expert doctoral supervisors from Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Technology as consultants for mechanical and electrical design of automation equipment.
In terms of mechanical design, we have introduced design software such as 3DVIA and Solidworks. Capable of virtual prototype design, dynamic analysis, kinematics simulation and various index analysis through a variety of analysis software.

In terms of electrical design, it is an early domestic independent research and development of a dedicated control system for embedded winding machines. At the same time, according to customer needs, it uses a secondary developed winding control system based on PLC brands such as Siemens, Yaskawa, and Mitsubishi.
