Servo motors are generally used in situations that require high control accuracy (such as speed control, position control, torque control). The rotation of the rotor drives the encoder's encoder disk, and the number of rotations of the rotor directly affects the number of pulses sent by the encoder to the controller. The pulses cause the servo to rotate, and the DO output determines the servo direction. The pulse direction controls the direction of the servo, with forward pulse servo rotating forward and reverse pulse servo reversing. Therefore, the Fuji servo motor combination servo controller can truly achieve its precision control.
If an analog quantity is used to control the servo, positive and negative analog quantities can be used for positive and negative control.
If communication control is used, directly issue instructions. On the program, you can directly input the position JOG command to make it forward and reverse.
